Domestic : You can purchase the product through our website or by directly contacting our sales team at sales@nexel.co.kr. Card payment is available only on the website. If you need to issue a tax bill, please proceed with your purchase through our sales team. Tax bill will be issued on the day of receipt.

Overseas :  You can purchase the product through our website or by directly contacting our sales team at sales@nexel.co.kr. Card payment is available only on the website. For payments by wire transfer, please contact our sales team.

Domestic: All shipments are packed in dry ice and should arrive within 1 business day of shipping. Shipping will commence within 3 business days of order confirmation. We provide the tracking number upon shipping and you can check the exact time of delivery with your local courier.

Overseas: All shipments are packed in dry ice and a thermometer is included to track the temperature during shipping. All shipments are made through FedEx and shipping fees are included in the final price. Shipments will be delivered within 7 business days of shipping. To prevent delays over weekends, all overseas shipments commence on the Monday after order confirmation.
